Darragh Flynn, is the younger brother of the twins Stephen and David Flynn of the Happy Pear in Greystones, Co. Wicklow. Darragh is the Head Grower on the Sprout Farm located in Newcastle, Co. Wicklow, just up the road from his brothers’ shop. It was after studying Geography in Trinity College four years ago and while living in Paris that he discovered Wheatgrass and its amazing life-giving properties, he started juicing and sprouting for himself and when he felt the changes it made in his own body and health he wanted to share it with other people.

In January 2009 the perfect home for Living Foods was found in a seaside town on the south east coast of Ireland which is where we grow our sprouts, beans and of course wheatgrass. From the beginning Living Foods has had a strong set of core values:

• A passion for bringing premium, fresh, organic healthy superfoods to the marketplace
• All our produce is locally grown under controlled conditions and is always in season
• We use high quality packaging to enable week-long shelf life
• All our information is backed up by expert health knowledge which is continuously evolving and increasing
